Christmas in May is looking for homeowners in need of assistance. Each year on one Saturday in May, hundreds of volunteers assist with renovation projects for homeowners that are either physically or financially unable to do the work themselves. The group usually works on 5-7 homes a year, but so far this year only one household has applied. Future cloudy for District 112 in the Missota Conference

When Chaska and Chanhassen joined in a co-op in girls hockey in 2009 - the same year Chanhassen High School opened its doors - the plan was to split the two teams in the near future. Three years into the co-op, producing an overall record of 49-32-1, district officials say a split is at least two more years down the road.
